Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DreamOmni2 Studio, dreamomni2.app, and related services operated by DreamOmni2 Labs Inc. ("DreamOmni2", "we", "us"). By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using DreamOmni2 Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Our Services

DreamOmni2 Studio provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows authorized users to:

Upload, organize, and annotate visual reference boards.
Generate AI-assisted video sequences and image variations based on prompts, references, and other inputs.
Collaborate with teammates, manage credits, and export media deliverables.

We continually improve DreamOmni2 Studio and may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. If a change materially diminishes core functionality for paying customers, we will provide advance notice.

Account Registration & Security

You must be at least 16 years old to use DreamOmni2 Studio. When registering, you must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Workspace Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of prompts, reference media, renders, scripts, and other materials you upload or generate (collectively, "Content"). You grant DreamOmni2 a limited, revocable license to host, process, and transmit your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
AI Outputs: Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the AI outputs produced from your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the outputs complies with applicable regulations, platform policies where you distribute them, and third-party rights.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload or generate Content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or breaches confidentiality obligations.
Use DreamOmni2 Studio for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes.
Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform or underlying models.
Misrepresent AI-generated media as real when disclosure is legally required.
Circumvent credit limits, access controls, or billing meters.

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Payment, Credits & Renewals

Paid plans, add-on credit packs, and enterprise agreements are billed through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe) according to the plan presented at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless canceled before renewal.
Credit usage is tracked per workspace, and credits expire according to the plan details presented in DreamOmni2 Studio.
We may revise pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Third-Party Services

DreamOmni2 Studio may integrate with third-party services (for example, storage providers, compute partners, or automation tools). Your use of any third-party service is governed by the provider’s own terms, and DreamOmni2 is not responsible for their actions or policies.

Termination & Suspension

You may cancel your subscription or delete your workspace at any time through the account settings, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate access if:

You materially breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.
Your use poses a security or legal risk to DreamOmni2, our infrastructure, or other users.
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, we will delete or isolate your Content within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is legally required. Some metadata may remain in backup archives for a limited period.

Disclaimers

DreamOmni2 Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or immune from security vulnerabilities. Generated media may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or biases. You are solely responsible for validating outputs before public distribution or commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamOmni2 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to us by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DreamOmni2, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
