Introduction

DreamOmni2 Studio ("DreamOmni2", "we", "our") is a multimodal production workspace that helps teams create AI-generated video sequences and reference-led imagery. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when you visit dreamomni2.app, access the DreamOmni2 Studio application, or otherwise interact with us.

Who We Are

DreamOmni2 Studio is developed by DreamOmni2 Labs Inc., a team focused on building responsible creative tooling. You can reach us anytime at [email protected].

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of information needed to deliver, secure, and improve DreamOmni2 Studio:

  • Account & Identity Data: Name, email address, workspace name, authentication IDs, and role permissions that you provide when you register or are invited to a workspace.
  • Creative Workspace Content: Prompts, reference boards, uploaded media, renders, captions, and annotations that you or your collaborators create inside DreamOmni2 Studio.
  • Billing & Transaction Data: Subscription tier, invoices, payment method tokens, and tax information processed through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe). We never store full payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage & Device Data: Log files, IP address, browser type, session duration, device identifiers, and product telemetry capturing feature usage to help us maintain uptime and improve workflows.
  • Support Communications: Messages, attachments, survey responses, and troubleshooting notes when you contact our team through email, chat, or in-product forms.

How We Use Your Data

We use collected information to:

  • Provision secure access to DreamOmni2 Studio and maintain your workspace settings.
  • Generate AI video and imagery according to the prompts, references, and parameters you supply.
  • Deliver product announcements, onboarding tips, billing notices, and service alerts that relate to your account.
  • Monitor service health, detect abuse, and defend against malicious activity.
  • Conduct product research, aggregate usage trends, and prioritize roadmap decisions.
  • Provide customer support, triage issues, and respond to legal or compliance requests.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another region with similar regulations, we process your personal data on the bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your DreamOmni2 workspace remains active or as needed to deliver requested services. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share information with vetted subprocessors who enable DreamOmni2 Studio—for example, cloud hosting providers, compute partners supporting model inference, email delivery vendors, and billing processors. Each partner is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulators when legally compelled or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

International Data Transfers

DreamOmni2 Studio operates from the United States and may transfer data to other countries where our subprocessors maintain infrastructure. When data crosses borders, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect your information.

Security

We apply layered security controls—including encryption in transit, role-based access, network segmentation, audit logging, and regular vulnerability assessments—to protect personal data and creative assets stored in DreamOmni2 Studio. No system is entirely immune to risk, so please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, download, or delete your personal data, as well as to object to certain processing. Workspace owners can administer many of these actions directly inside DreamOmni2 Studio. For additional requests, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

DreamOmni2 Studio is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes or legal requirements. When a material update occurs, we will notify account owners via email or in-app notice and revise the "date" above.
